Baby massage strengthens the emotional bond between parent and baby while greatly contributing to the baby's digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.
Preparation for Massage
Make sure the room is warm enough (24 degrees Celsius). You can choose cold-pressed natural sweet almond or olive oil.
- Legs: Massage by gently milking downwards.
- Abdomen: Clockwise circular movements relieve gas pains.
- Back: Lay the baby on their stomach and slide your fingers down both sides of the spine.
Doing the massage right after a bath, before the sleep routine, will help your baby sleep soundly.
